Gingersnap 

Ingredients

25ml Rhubarb Vodka
25ml Bourbon
25ml Ginger Wine
Fresh ginger
Lemon zest
2 Drops rhubarb bitters

 

How to mix

Place some fine slices of fresh ginger and a piece of lemon zest in the bottom of a bar glass and crush with a muddler to release the flavours. Add all of the other ingredients then plenty of ice. Stir well to chill throughly then strain over ice into small tumbler. Garnish with a piece of fresh ginger and some lemon zest.
