A. We are located in Unit 18, Ravenswood Industrial Estate, Shernhall St, Walthamstow, London, E17 9HQ. Visit the Gin Palace for more details.

Q. What time is the Gin Palace open?
A. We are open at weekends, Fri 5—11.30pm, Sat 12—11.30pm, Sun 2—8pm.

Q. Can I hire the Gin Palace for an event? 
A. You can reserve the whole Gin Palace for private events. Get in touch via our contact page with details of your request and we’ll see if we can help

Q. I want to send a bottle of Mother's Ruin as a gift. Do you gift wrap?
A. Yes! We are happy to wrap your purchase and include a personalised message. Lots of people buy our bottles as gifts for other people. Select ‘Gift Wrapped’ at the checkout, and if you wish to include a gift message please include it in the “anything to add” field.

Q. I have placed an order but have want to swap flavours. What do I do? 
A. It is hard to choose which flavour, isn't it? Get in touch via our contact page and we'll assist with changing your order.

Q. What do I mix the liqueurs with?

A. You can buy it online, or at one of our many stockists. Or why not visit us at the Gin Palace and have a taste too?

Q. Can I stock your product in my store? 
A. We currently are available at the following stockists but are always interested in expanding. Please get in touch via our contact page and we can send out our current wholesales product and pricelist.

A. Yes, all our our products are made here in Walthamstow, East London and contain home-grown and locally foraged fruit and floral ingredients.
