Strawberry Rhubarb Smash

INGREDIENTS

2 or 3 strawberries cut into small pieces
25ml Mother’s Ruin Rhubarb Vodka
25ml Rhubard Aber Falls Rhubarb Gin
2 drops Fee Bros Rhubarb Bitters
12.5cl bottle of Fentiman’s Tonic

HOW TO MIX

Place all ingredients apart from the tonic water in a shaker with plenty of ice and shake hard.

Pour straight into a long glass do not strain, and add the tonic water, stir gently to combine. Garnish the hell out of this with slices of fresh ginger root and a strawberry or two.
